Hi Joe, I just watched you this morning on Conan Nolan's show. Great overview assessment of the changes we face in the state. I believe Prop 13 is that third rail of California politics and the diversity of cultures and interests in our state poses challenges in its effective governance? Is there any rumblings about separating California into two states being discussed?
